Encore Consignment FAQ

Do I need an appointment?

No. We have open consignment hours Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday and Wednesday we receive consignments up to 6:00 p.m.

If we cannot accommodate you during those hours other arrangements are possible. Just give us a call!

How do I get paid?

You can collect your money anytime your items sell. You can stop at the store or call and request a check be mailed to you.

Also, our software allows you to check your account on our website 24/7/365.

What types of items do you accept?

We are looking for current styles for Men, Women & Juniors, Bridal & Formal Wear.

Encore is a Department Store with Casual and Business Clothing. We also have Formal Wear, Wedding Dresses and Accessories.

Our store carries sizes 0 - 5X. 

We especially welcome Designer Label Clothing, Handbags, Shoes and Jewelry.

We accept clothing seasonally. All items should be clean, pressed, preferably on hangers, spot free & looking like new.

I want to consign but I don't live near Encore.

Send us your items for consignment.

Our 50 year old store is very busy with shoppers so your great merchandise will get an audience. We have recorded over 50,000 consignors in our store which attracts many shoppers & keeps them coming back with our large inventory changing daily.

We offer Layaway, Formal Alteration Services, No Charge Stylist Help, and a POSITIVE shopping experience.
